The prices of the hotel were very reasonable, especially given its location near the business district. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel offered a good breakfast spread each morning.
The condition of the rooms was subpar. The carpet was dingy and seemed like it needed a good cleaning.

normal prices for drinks in the refrigurator, non smoking rooms, for the rest nothing.
This hotel is a 1-star hotel, not a 3-star hotel as mentioned on the site. The rooms are very small, bad beds, no chair or cupboard. The bathroom was the biggest joke, it is extremly small with a shower above the toilet! no comfort at all. It is located far away from any public transport or shops, difficult to get a taxi in the mornig. Breakfast is terrible. Computers doesn't work, neither the Wifi in the rooms. Some rooms have double doors so the noise is very bad. Ask for a room without these doors. Many prostitues with hotel guests.

Hotel’s position adjacent to the mall and easy connection to chinatown. We liked the food and location. A swimming pool available in the venue. Free parking onsite was provided.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a mall and just 12 miles from the airport, with the Mont Kiara neighborhood being a worthwhile exploration spot nearby.

The price we paid was what we got so it was fair. Staff were helpful and nice.
The pictures of the rooms advertised on the web (and at reception) did not reflect the actual room we got - at all.

The room facilities were good, with attention to detail and a focus on comfort. The rooms were kept clean and the linen and towels changed daily. The hotel also had basic amenities such as a mini-fridge and a kettle.
Some minor improvements can be made for a more pleasant stay.

Only the bed is clean. The bathroom was not well kept. Had to ask for change of towels as the towels provided were mouldy.

Breakfast/ food and size of room for a family are excellent. Location is good/ ok. Room was cleaned every afternoon (good). In general, it was a value for money.
Unfortunately no hot water for the family room where we stayed. We had to enjoy cold water morning and evening.

Renovated room worth the money. Cheap, comfortable, friendly staff. Extend hour rates are considerable. Nearby to Kuala Lumpur town.
No issues.

It is near the pwtc lrt and The Mall shopping centre
Something wrong with the water pipe. Whole night water draining sound can be heard. I adjusted the valve beside the toiler seat to solve the problem.
